Clydebank Pride in Place Regeneration Plan Submitted

KMA were appointed by the Clydebank Neighbourhood Board to support the development of their Regeneration Plan and Investment Plan, which have now been submitted to MHCLG’s Pride in Place programme. We were delighted to help the Board take this forward.

Working closely with the Neighbourhood Board and West Dunbartonshire Council from the summer 2025, we helped develop a strategic vision for Clydebank for the 10-year period from 2026. This builds on years of planning and community engagement, including:

  1. The Clydebank Town Centre Design Charette (2015)

  2. Clydebank Can (2018)

  3. The Clydebank Town Centre Vision & Development Framework (2021)

  4. The Long-Term Plan work (2024) and subsequent Plan for Neighbourhoods (2025)

The Clydebank Neighbourhood Board, community members, and partners worked together with great energy and insight to shape these plans. Nick Skelton Economics and Turner & Townsend brought valuable specialist expertise, while Threesixty Architecture contributed creative ideas during earlier stages of development. This collective effort reflects a strong and constructive partnership focused on Clydebank’s future.

£20m has been committed through the Pride in Place Programme to deliver the interventions identified in the Regeneration Plan.
